Free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery are available as a chargable option.

Once your order has been placed we will do our very best to get your order dispatched the same day. The majority of orders placed before 4pm weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
If you choose to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for both delivery & return costs.
For International deliveries, we are only responsible for the package while it is in the UK. In the event that your order is not delivered in the destination country, we regret that we are only able to issue a refund if the package is returned to us. Please be aware that you may be liable for customs charges.
From October 1st 2021 we are no longer shipping International orders.
Click & Collect
We now offer a click & Collect service. If you wish to collect your order from our store, please select 'Click & Collect' when completing your order.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be collected and we will also telephone you to arrange collection.
Returns & Replacements
We’re sorry but pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, we are happy to exchange the item or refund you for your purchases if the items are sent back to us at your own expense to the address below. Items should be returned within 30 days, unworn & in the original packing.
Any refund due will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. The refund will be limited to the cost of the returned goods and the outbound delivery charge. We will not refund the return postage in the event that you simply change your mind.
In the event that the goods are faulty or if we have made an error when packing your order, of course, we’re always very sorry & we will refund the cost of the postage – this is limited to Royal Mail 2nd class. We recommend that you ask for a proof of postage receipt at the post office counter – a proof of postage receipt is free of charge. If you choose to send your item(s) back to us using a different delivery method – ie. Signed For or Special Delivery or by courier, this cost will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will need a valid credit or debit card to place an order through the Sophie Oliver Jewellery website. Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
